Online Vet Consultation for Your Pet
Neely North is a veterinarian who understands and values the difference between surviving and thriving. Her whole-body approach will lead your pet to their best and longest life. Using human-grade whole foods, supplements, Chinese herbs, and more, Dr. North’s goal is to manage your pet’s medical conditions with as little conventional drug intervention as possible. Through your virtual consultation, you will gain an understanding of your pet’s Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine diagnosis, Western veterinary medicine diagnosis, lab work details, and more. Clients leave feeling heard and with a plan for herbs, supplements, foods, and even a home-cooked recipe (topper or full diet) using foods that benefit their pet’s specific conditions.
Virtual Consultation Packages
Basic Virtual Guidance Package
$300
- A full history/records from your regular vet, including lab results and X-rays, are required.
- Dr. North will block out 30 minutes (per pet) to discuss how to optimize your pet’s health with the use of foods, herbs, and supplements.
- Dr. North will use video chat if possible (FaceTime or Zoom is preferred). Dr. North prefers to be able to visually see you and your pet, as with Chinese medicine you learn a lot about the pet by seeing them, even if just through video.
- Dr. North will make diet, supplements, and herbal recommendations.
- Within 72 hours, you will receive a full review in email format of everything discussed. The email will include specific supplements, diets, and links to purchase as well as Chinese herb recommendations.
- 1 follow up email during business hours

Comprehensive Virtual Guidance 3 month package
$750
- Communicate with Dr. North about how to optimize your pet’s health through herbs, foods, and supplements over a 3 month period. This package also includes access to recorded webinars only available to clients using this package.
- A full history/records from your regular vet, including lab results and X-rays, are required.
- Dr. North will block out 45 minutes (per pet) to discuss how to optimize your pet’s health with the use of foods, herbs, and supplements.
- Dr. North will use video chat if possible (FaceTime or Zoom is preferred). Dr. North prefers to be able to visually see you and your pet, as with Chinese medicine you learn a lot about the pet by seeing them, even if just through video.
- Dr. North will make diet, supplements, and herbal recommendations.
- Within 72 hours of your consultation, you will receive a full review in email format of everything discussed. The email will include specific supplements, diets, and links to purchase as well as Chinese herb recommendations.
- 3 months of email communication about the health topic discussed in the initial consultation (during business hours MTR 9-5). Please allow 48 hours for a reply.
- You will receive access to two webinars: 1) Gut Health: Pre and Probiotics explained by Dr. North and 2) The Safe Use of Essential Oils around pets by Dr. North
- You will receive one follow-up Zoom or phone consultation (in addition to the initial 60 min consultation)
- You will receive one recipe for a full home-cooked diet if desired (Dr. North chooses foods according to Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine Food Therapy )

- Dr. North will use video chat if possible (FaceTime or Zoom is preferred). Dr. North prefers to be able to visually see you and your pet, as with Chinese medicine you learn a lot about the pet by seeing them, even if just through video.
- Dr. North will make diet, supplements, and herbal recommendations.
- Within 72 hours, after the initial consultation, you will receive a full review in email format of everything discussed. The email will include specific supplements, diets, and links to purchase as well as Chinese herb recommendations.

Example 1: Basic Virtual Guidance Package
Ainsley is a 4-year-old poodle mix who is active and loves to play. She has no chronic medical conditions aside from occasional ear infections. She has a great appetite and enjoys car rides. Ainsley’s owner, Meredith, wants her to live the longest, fullest, most healthy life possible. Meredith has a lot of questions about the best food and supplements to ensure her dog lives forever (or at least as long as possible!).
Example 2: Comprehensive Virtual Guidance 3 Month Package
Marcus is a 3-year-old chihuahua who struggles with itchy skin and ears. Marcus’ owner, Alice, has a great relationship with her vet, who has treated Marcus since she adopted him at six months old, but they can’t seem to keep the itchy skin & ears at bay. Alice uses essential oils around her house and tries to eat a healthy, balanced diet. She is interested in doing anything possible to give Marcus a better quality of life with as few chemicals and drugs as possible. She knows that sometimes antibiotics are necessary, but she wishes there was something else she could do to minimize the frequency of his skin & ear infections.
Example 3: Comprehensive Virtual Guidance 6 Month Package
Malone is a 7-year-old golden retriever who is the absolute center of his mom’s world. Sarah adopted Malone when he was two years old and can’t imagine life without him. Recently, he was diagnosed with mast cell tumors, and her veterinarian recommended removal as well as referral to a veterinary oncologist. Sarah is not ready to accept that Malone is facing the C word (cancer) and is afraid her time may be limited with her best friend. Sarah has read about how fresh food nutrition can give dogs a better chance at fending off cancer, and she’s even read about a few supplements that may help, but she doesn’t know what to believe and what is just random information on the internet. Sarah’s vet doesn’t know much about fresh food diets, so she can’t answer her questions.
